Refund policy

We want you to love your Grandma Hobby Co goodies! If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email shopgrandmahobbyco@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following can't be returned:
- Canvases that have been stitched, cut or altered
- Imperfect/seconds canvases
- Free items
- Gift cards

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
